The person who has referred a new clinician will receive £100 once they have worked 40 hours on contract and an additional £250 once they have worked an additional 80 hours with Aqua Healthcare on a locum basis. If they are appointed on a permanent contract the person who has referred a new clinician will receive £350 6 working weeks after their official start date
A referral' is classed as a candidate who is not currently known by Aqua Healthcare, ile. has previously worked or registered with us.
All payments are subject to tax and NI deductions according to UK law. Where relevant, you are responsible for declaring all your taxable income to HMRC
