Return an item in 3 easy steps;

Complete the returns form found inside your package. Please clearly note the reason for your return.

You can use the original packaging that your item arrived in to return it to us.

 

Please ensure that you include your returns form with the item that you are returning before sealing the package.

We would recommend that you use recorded delivery so that you can track your package. Please send your item to the following address;

Frequently Asked Questions

What items are refundable?

Aqua Healthcare are only able to issue refunds for items that are unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging.

 

What is the returns address?

Do you cover postage costs?

Aqua Healthcare will refund postage costs for faulty products. If the items are unwanted postage costs are not covered.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Within 10 working days of Aqua Healthcare receiving your returned item. All refunds are made to your original payment method.
